What to wear
For a headshot session, bring something comfortable on your bottom half. If you have selected a full package please do bring full outfits to change into.
Bring different style of tops/shirts and neck lines. Nothing to crazy in pattern, we want to be advertising you as a product, not your favorite quirky top. Earthy colours are great as they bring out your eyes, try to avoid plain white.I always recommend bringing a black t-shirt (for that mouldable look).
Make-up
Wear makeup that makes you look naturally at your best. Do not come wearing full stage make-up. This is too heavy for your headshots, you want to look as you would at your best walking into an audition
Where
I shoot my headshots in Crossharbour, London. If you have chosen the portfolio package, we will start in Crossharbour. Depending on the requirements of your session, we may travel to other locations in London.
(It will never be to far a field.)
Payment
Payment is safe & easy. By following the 'Book Now' button located in various places, you will be required to select the following, the headshot package you wish too book, a date and time followed by a couple of insensitive details of yourself. Once this information has been input into the system, you can follow the process through to pay with Paypal, a safe and secure payment method. You will now be required to pay a £40 deposit to secure your booking. Once you have completed the deposit payment, you shall receive all confirmation emails to your email address provided. The remaining balance is to be paid prior to your shoot, the remaining balance will be requested via Paypal. Alternatively, the final amount can be paid in cash at the shoot or via agreed bank transfer.

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the DAY of your shoot. For example, if your shoot is at 11:00am Monday 5th January, you must cancel by 23:59 2nd January. Please ask if you have any queries regarding this information.

If you cancel within the 48 hour period before your headshot session, you will not be refunded your £40 deposit.

If you choose to amend the headshot session before the 48 hour period, there is no additional fee.

If you amend the date of your headshot session within the 48 hour period, £20 of your deposit will be deducted. You will be required to pay a further £20 to complete your deposit, for which you will receive a new confirmation.

A name change on the booking is free of charge. If you wish to change the name on the booking, please contact me directly on info@zaccookephotography.co.uk
Agent Representation
Your Agent will have full access to all of your images on the intuitive head shot gallery after your session. You will be able to leave comments to each other regarding choices. Making it extremely easy to make your selections with your Agent.
